Part time Lettings Administrator

Permanent position - £7.50 per hour - minimum 20 hours per week

REB Letting is a well established owner managed business which over the last 6 years has become one of the leading independent Letting Agents in North Wales. An opportunity has now arisen for a dedicated Lettings Administrator within our Lettings Department.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Answering telephone enquiries - dealing with landlords, tenants & contractors
  • Responding to enquiries via email, post or face to face
  • Admin support to Branch Manager, Lettings Negotiator & Property Manager
  • Accurate data input of property details and application forms etc
  • Booking property repairs and safety tests - following up to ensure completion
  • Cash handing and banking

You must have experience of a customer facing role and office administration. Complaints and disputes are rare, but the ability to deal with them with a cool head will be required.
