For Tenants security and peace of mind REB Letting is a member of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme (OEA). Both of these voluntary schemes set out standards of service in the rental market, monitor how letting agents conduct their business and provide redress procedures in case of dispute.
