  • Staff accompanied viewings at property plus follow up viewings as required
  • comprehensive vetting of candidates & guarantors using tenant referencing service (Identification, Credit Score, Landlord reference, income checks).
  • Production of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST) in line with current legislation
  • Collection of the first month’s rent and security deposit
