No Let No Fee package aimed at experienced landlords who need assistance to find tenants.
Recommended for - landlords with knowledge of rental property, statutory / legal responsibilities and the ability to deal with tenants directly over maintenance issues.
Includes the following services:-
- Extensive advertising - Full page weekly in local newspaper (Rhyl Journal), Internet promotion (Rightmove, PropertyFinder, GloBrix & REB Letting websites), “To- Let” board at the property, High Street office, Emails, SMS (text) messages and phone-calls to prospective tenants.
- Initial screening and staff accompanied viewings, then comprehensive vetting of candidates & guarantors using tenant referencing service (Identification, Credit Score, Landlord reference, income checks).
- Production of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST) in line with current legislation
- Collection of the first month’s rent and security deposit
Tenant Introduction Fee equal to one month rent plus VAT taken from rent received from tenant. Landlords can "bolt-on" extra services to suit from our additional services list.
